YOUNG BLOODS is a new monthly initiative from The Clove Club, created for hospitality professionals aged 23 and under.
Each month, we'll invite one hospitality professional and three friends or colleagues from the industry - all aged 23 or under - to join us for our full tasting menu and drinks pairing, completely free of charge.
Working in hospitality means spending your career looking after other people. But as dining out becomes increasingly expensive, opportunities for young people working in our industry to experience restaurants like ours have become harder to come by.
YOUNG BLOODS is our way of giving something back.
We want to open the doors to The Clove Club, share what we do, and give the next generation of hospitality the chance to experience two Michelin-starred service and cooking from the other side of the table.
We hope it's an evening you'll remember - and one you'll pay forward one day.
